- Insights Accelerator Interpretation Tool
- 2x2 Targeted Development Planning Worksheet
- Group Debrief: 60-minute virtual group session to dive into the interpretation of the assessment results led by Pixel Leadership Group CEO, Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD. During the session, she will help participants identify their strengths, their areas for improvement, and 2 high-impact development goals.

BY-THE-NUMBERS
What Does the Pixel Perspectives+ 360 Insight Development Tool Measure?
- 5 - 10 Minutes - Approximate time it takes to complete the tool
- 20 Standard Current Leadership Practices - the items are designed to provide feedback on key leadership skills
- 3 Staff - minimum number of required raters for the Staff group
- 5 Stakeholders - minimum number of required raters for the Stakeholder group
- 3 Responses - minimum number of responses required to receive feedback from a group in order to maintain confidentiality
- 2 Weeks - the length of time from the launch date to close date that an individual's tool is open and actively collecting feedback

- EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP PRACTICES: First, similar to other traditional multi-rater instruments, you and your raters were asked to provide input on your empowering leadership practices. This is a set of 10 items focused on universally important indicators of leadership success.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP PRACTICES: Next, because building and leading high performing teams is crucial to scale your impact, this tool provides insights about how you are doing across 10 key team leadership practices that we know create the environment for exceptional teams.
