Qualifications:
The certification course assumes participants bring with them the following qualifications.
For individuals who do not meet these qualifications, we offer the following Foundation Courses as pre-requisites: 360-Degree Assessment Basics and How to Effectively Debrief a 360-Degree Assessment
The certification course assumes participants bring with them the following qualifications.
- training and experience in coaching skills
- experience using psychometric or feedback assessments in coaching
- prior experience debriefing a 360-degree assessment
For individuals who do not meet these qualifications, we offer the following Foundation Courses as pre-requisites: 360-Degree Assessment Basics and How to Effectively Debrief a 360-Degree Assessment

Pixel Leadership Group is unable to provide refunds for any certification course registration. If you are unable to attend a session for which you have registered, you will be issued a credit to attend on a future date.
