Understanding your own and others' work styles, tendencies, and preferences allows you to be more effective with your coworkers, your boss, and those you lead.  Increased self-awareness and appreciation of others' differences is the foundation to leadership and career success.  Leaders who choose to participate in this session will complete The Power of YOU+ assessment, will receive a personalized report, and attend a group-based learning session.  Participants will be required to complete the online assessment prior to the 90-minute virtual group session.  After completing registration and check-out, you will receive an email from Pixel Leadership Group to allow you to complete the required assessment.
