Pixel Leadership Group has been designing and delivering state of the art leadership and manager development programs and trainings for 15 years. We can bring our interactive session to your managers - virtually or in-person! We incorporate the principles of adult learning theory to create interactive and experiential sessions to ensure engagement and skills acquisition. To augment our high-quality content, we always include assessments and reflection exercises to increase self-awareness and application activities to practice new skills. At the end of each program or session, participants are asked to create an individual development plan to apply the skills after the session and we recommend they adopt an “accountability buddy” to ensure there is someone to follow-up with them to encourage accountability for application of the skills. Pixel creates custom programs ranging from a single 60-minute session to full-day workshops to robust year-long leadership development programs.
