Pixel Leadership Group’s TEAM10+ MODEL and associated assessment represents the culmination of extensive research into team effectiveness and the factors that distinguish poor performing and average teams from exceptional teams. The science of teams clearly supports the importance of focusing on both the PEOPLE and the PROCESS aspects of how a team functions. Within these two aspects of team functioning, the we have identified 10 Key Drivers of team success.
