Qualifications:
The certification course assumes participants bring with them the following qualifications.
For individuals who do not meet these qualifications, we offer Foundation Courses as pre-requisites: Team Dynamics, Using a Team Dynamics Diagnostic Tool to Elevate Your Coaching Practice, and How to Effectively Debrief a Team Diagnostic Assessment
The certification course assumes participants bring with them the following qualifications.
- training and experience in coaching skills
- experience using psychometric or feedback assessments in coaching
- an understanding of team dynamics
- experience facilitating team development sessions
For individuals who do not meet these qualifications, we offer Foundation Courses as pre-requisites: Team Dynamics, Using a Team Dynamics Diagnostic Tool to Elevate Your Coaching Practice, and How to Effectively Debrief a Team Diagnostic Assessment
