REBECCA L. BEHLE, MLIS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Rebecca Behle brings over 20 years of operations, finance, data, and knowledge management experience to Pixel Leadership Group. As a seasoned leader in both the government and the private sectors, she has applied her background in Library and Information Science across the transportation, technology, utilities, manufacturing, and service industries.
 
Rebecca spent almost a decade as the Director of Fleet Services for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. During her tenure, she successfully managed a $25M budget while applying data science principles to reduce waste, improve productivity, and streamline operations across a fleet of 3,000 light, medium, and heavy duty on road vehicles.   Passionate about helping organizations to successfully navigate the intersection of business operations and talent management, Rebecca has dedicated her career to creating innovative end to end solutions to drive organizational improvement.
 
As a key member of the Pixel executive team, Rebecca enjoys leveraging her expertise to drive growth while optimizing the business and financial operations. She possesses deep knowledge in analytics, organizational change, specification design and build, and operational redesigns. Her unnatural love of working with large data sets and using the insights to guide operational & organizational change makes her a perfect fit with Pixel’s “nerdy, but fun” culture.
 
Rebecca graduated from Youngstown State University in Ohio with a BA in Anthropology and Pratt Institute in New York with Masters in Library and Information Science. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.
