Indianapolis, IN
Ali has nearly 20 years of experience coaching and developing leaders across industries including manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, technology, and professional services. She specializes in the design and implementation of one-on-one, group, and team interventions to help leaders achieve their full potential, to instill organizational resilience, and to inspire sustainable and socially responsible growth. Ali has partnered with stakeholders in high-stakes contexts such as startups navigating hypergrowth, private equity firms questioning the strategic decision-making capabilities of leaders in their portfolio companies, and contentious transitions in closely held businesses. Ali is committed to honoring her clients’ identities and building upon her clients’ wealth of knowledge, experience, and intuition. Her clients often comment on the warmth and peace she exudes, and appreciate how her coaching celebrates their strengths while inspiring them to examine and expand how they are who they are.
Ali began her career as a psychology professor. She designed and delivered seminars such as Work, Happiness, and Unhappiness and founded a university research lab focused on feedback for peak performance. One of her peak experiences was teaching an international course on the psychology of climate change. Upon receiving tenure and promotion, Ali pivoted from academia to global leadership roles with John Deere (DE) and a technology unicorn. She is happy to share how the hats she’s worn as her career zigged and zagged led her here. Most of all, she wishes to explore what is important to YOU. Ali lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA with her partner, her daughter, and pets. She enjoys contributing to the social enterprise ecosystem within her community and loves baking, birding, admiring art and architecture, and reading fiction. |
