Patti spent 10 years with the Veterans Health Administration enhancing team cohesiveness, guiding organizational change management, advising leaders, and providing executive coaching to support DEI efforts. She has trained leaders in the use of motivational interviewing to build partnership, reduce resistance, and enhance self-efficacy. Patti is invigorated when helping leaders maximize their strengths to foster change. She uses humble inquiry to guide them toward greater clarity, deepen their self-awareness, and identify specific goals and actions to increase their impact.
