Develop Your Superpower: Coaching Skills for Managers (June 25, 2024)

Session Summary:
This half-day LIVE masterclass offers managers the opportunity to develop this leadership superpower - coaching skills! Managers who master this skill set improve their ability to engage and motivate their teams, increase employee satisfaction, and drive performance and bottom-line results.
During this 4-hour interactive virtual learning session led by Jamie Lewis Smith, Ph.D., participants will learn about and apply critical coaching skills, will take a coaching skills assessment, and will receive resources including valuable readings and tools. Participants will create a personalized action plan during each session to apply immediately with their employees.

Session Technical Information:
After completing registration and check-out, you will receive a meeting invite from Pixel Leadership Group for the session, which will include a Zoom link. Please note, participants must log into the session through their computer or mobile device with audio and video. Attendance required; a recording will not be provided after the session is complete. If attendance does not meet a minimum threshold, the session may be re-scheduled.
