Session Summary:
This 2-HOUR LIVE manager masterclass offers participants practical strategies to create a psychologically safe culture for their teams and organizations.
This interactive virtual learning session led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD will provide attendees the opportunity to learn what a psychologically safe culture is, why it is important, and the skills necessary to create it. Participants will receive concrete actions they can take right away to begin improving the psychological safety of their teams and will create a personal action plan. During the session, attendees will engage in group discussions, application exercises, and self-reflection activities. Participants will receive tools and readings to continue their learning after the session.

Attendance required; a recording will not be provided after the session is complete. If attendance does not meet a minimum threshold, the session may be re-scheduled.
