Thank you for registering to participate in the 60-minute Leadership Foundation Session - Understanding and Leveraging Your Strengths: The DiSC. This message contains important details about preparing for the session. In order to participate in this session, you must complete the pre-work outlined below.
Session Pre-Work:
Session Overview:
This session will help you to better understand your own and others’ behavioral styles in the workplace, with an emphasis on understanding and leveraging your strengths in order to accelerate your career and maximize your leadership impact. In preparation for the session, you will complete the Everything DiSC Management assessment online and read your personalized report. The Everything DiSC Management is a behavioral assessment that provides insights into your personal strengths, preferences, and tendencies during workplace interactions.
Complete Your Everything DiSC Management Assessment Online
You will receive an email from: Pixel Leadership Group <[email protected]> with the subject: “Pixel Leadership Group has registered you for an Everything DiSC® Management Profile,” which will include instructions and a link to complete the assessment. It takes approximately 15 – 20 minutes to complete the assessment.
Upon completion of the assessment, you will immediately be able to print, download, or email your personalized report. Your report is confidential; only you and your Pixel Leadership Coach will see your report. You are encouraged to print a copy of the report (preferably in color) to have available during your session. It is also a good idea to email it to yourself for future reference.
Read Your Everything DiSC Management Report
Please read through your Everything DiSC Management report thoroughly prior to your scheduled 60-minute workshop. As you read through your results, we encourage you to star (*) points that you feel describe you particularly well, cross-out (X) points that don’t fit you, take notes in the margins, and denote with a question mark (?) anything that doesn’t make sense or that you’d like to explore further with your coach.
