This survey is part of Vallourec’s leadership development initiative. Its purpose is to understand how leadership practices affect team functioning and day-to-day work and to evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development program. The information collected will be analyzed in aggregate (combined across respondents) to identify overall patterns and program impact. The results are not used to evaluate the job performance of the leader and are not provided to the leader. Results are reviewed only in combined form to understand overall program effectiveness.
