This half-day LIVE manager masterclass offers attendees the opportunity to develop their executive presence.
This interactive virtual learning session led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD will give participants the opportunity to learn what executive presence is, why is it important, and how to increase it. Participants will create a personal action plan to improve their executive presence. During the session, participants will engage in group discussions, application exercises, and self-reflection activities. Participants will receive tools and readings to continue their learning after the session.

After completing registration and check-out, you will receive a meeting invite from Pixel Leadership Group for the sessions, which will include Zoom information. Please note, that you must log into the session through your computer or mobile device with audio and video. The session includes group discussion and partner activities. Attendance required; a recording will not be provided after the session is complete. If attendance does not meet a minimum threshold, the session may be re-scheduled.
