Session Summary:
This 2-hour LIVE interactive manager masterclass offers participants the opportunity to learn how to scale their leadership impact.
This interactive virtual learning session gives participants the opportunity to learn effective delegation techniques, best practices, and the skills necessary to implement them. Participants will create a personal action plan to improve their delegation practices. During the session, attendees will engage in group discussions, application exercises, and self-reflection activities. Participants will receive tools and readings to continue their learning after the session.

Session Technical Information:
After completing registration and check-out, you will receive a meeting invite from Pixel Leadership Group for the sessions, which will include Zoom information. Please note, that you must log into the session through your computer or mobile device with audio and video. The session includes group discussion and partner activities. Attendance required; a recording will not be provided after the session is complete. If attendance does not meet a minimum threshold, the session may be re-scheduled.
