Manager Masterclass: Amplify Your Emotional Intelligence (August 24, 2022)
This half-day LIVE manager masterclass offers participants the opportunity to develop their skill set as emotionally intelligent managers.
This interactive virtual learning session led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD gives participants the opportunity to complete an assessment of their emotional intelligence (the EQi 2.0), learn techniques for improving their emotional intelligence, and create a personal action plan to improve their emotional intelligence. During the session, participants will engage in group discussions, application exercises, and self-reflection activities. Participants will receive tools and readings to continue their learning after the session. Register by August 12th in order to complete the assessment prior to the program.

Session Technical Information:
After completing registration and check-out, you will receive a meeting invite from Pixel Leadership Group for the sessions, which will include Zoom information. Please note, that you must log into the session through your computer or mobile device with audio and video. The session includes group discussion and partner activities. This session will not be recorded.
