Empowering Leadership Coaching Program
The Empowering Leadership Coaching Program is designed to provide leaders with the tools they need to explore, adopt, and harness the power of Empowering Leadership for their businesses and their leadership. The approximately 6-month program is based on Pixel Leadership Group’s ACES Coaching Framework, which leverages the latest in adult learning theory, leadership development best practices, and behavioral science.
Leaders will complete a leadership self-assessment and two 360-degree assessments to gain deeper insights into their personality, passions, pitfalls, and leadership behaviors. Together with their coach, they will create a targeted development plan with actions to support their growth as an empowering leader. They work 1:1 with a Pixel Executive Coach for 8 hours over the course of the program to gain insight, identify clear goals, take action, and see measurable results.
Assessment fees are included in the cost of the program.
