Manager Masterclass: Managing the People Side of Change (June 25, 2026 12:00 - 2:00 ET)

Session Summary:
Organizations face an unprecedented pace of change. Organizations that are nimble and able to adapt to new and changing demands will survive, and those that can’t will likely perish. An organization’s leaders must be out front communicating and connecting, building buy-in, and overcoming resistance to help employees implement necessary transformations.
During this 2-hour LIVE manager masterclass, led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD, attendees will explore the leader’s role as a change agent, why change is difficult, and ways to better manage change. Attendees will learn about how different people respond to change, the range of emotional reactions to change, and common mistakes leaders make when communicating about and implementing change. They will receive tips for navigating employee resistance to change. During the session, attendees will engage in group discussions, application exercises, and self-reflection activities. Participants will receive tools and readings to continue their learning after the session.

This session will not be recorded. If attendance does not meet a minimum threshold, the session may be re-scheduled.
