SESSION SUMMARY:
This 2-hour LIVE manager masterclass dives into the science of habits - how they form and how to change them.
Throughout the day, we are often on autopilot – performing behaviors that have become habit over time. While habits can make use more efficient and effective, sometimes our habits hold us back from growth or higher performance. Habit change is one of the most difficult tasks a human can undertake. If you have ever tried to quit using nicotine or lose weight, you know that sustained habit change requires far more than momentary motivation.
During this interactive session, led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD, we will discuss what makes habit change so difficult and how to build a plan to overcome those barriers. Participants will learn about the neuroscience of habit change, science-backed methods, and leave with tools and techniques to bust bad habits and build new ones so they can make the changes that matter the most to them. We will cover what makes habit change so difficult and how to build a plan to overcome those barriers, the neuroscience of habit change, science-backed methods, and you will leave with tools and techniques to bust bad habits and build new ones.
