Want to be more persuasive, impactful, and trusted when you speak? This 2-hour LIVE manager masterclass dives into the neuroscience behind influential communication—and gives you the tools to level up how you lead conversations at work.
During this interactive session, led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD, attendees will learn what’s happening in the brain during conversations and how to shift from transactional talk to trust-building dialogue. You will gain insights into how to use the brain’s trust biochemistry to your advantage, ask questions that spark insight instead of resistance, tap into curiosity to shift tense conversations toward collaboration,
and identify your own conversational habits. You will leave with several concrete science-backed best practices to help you build trust, deepen listening, and increase your influence as a leader.
