**We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to add participants to the session roster who register less than 60 minutes before its start time.**
Session Summary:
This 2-hour LIVE interactive manager masterclass offers participants the opportunity to learn how to turn conflict into connection.
Conflict is a fact of life. Productive conflict is a sign of a vibrant and psychologically safe team and is associated with increased creativity, innovation, and better outcomes. Destructive conflict occurs when tensions run high, emotions flare, fight-or-flight kicks in, and the parties involved are not listening but instead are butting heads. Destructive conflict erodes trust, damages relationships, and kills team productivity. As a leader it is critical that you understand the mechanics of conflict and know how to set the stage for productive conflict for yourself and your team.
During this hands-on session, you will learn what makes conflict productive or destructive, the various conflict styles, and the science-backed skills you need to navigate conflict successfully. We will provide a process for resolving a wide variety of workplace tensions and turning conflict into collaboration. You will engage in group discussions, application exercises, and self-reflection activities to explore your own triggers and responses to conflict. You will leave the session with practical strategies and tools you can begin to apply right away.
