Yet meetings are an essential tool for communicating, aligning, and motivating others to achieve business results. The problem isn’t the existence of meetings; the problem is poor meeting practices.
During this 2-hour LIVE interactive manager masterclass, led by Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD, attendees will learn about the research into what makes meetings effective and ineffective, common mistakes we make when planning and leading a meeting, and why it's important to master exceptional meeting practices. Jamie will share several specific high-value meetings all managers should be utilizing to maximize employee performance. The facilitator will share several concrete science-backed best practices to implement better meeting practices and, in turn, drive employee engagement and exceptional business outcomes.
