TEAM10+ Assessment Certification (January 10, 2025 12:00 - 4:00 ET)
This 4-hour LIVE virtual certification session is designed for consultants, coaches, and human resources professionals who want the opportunity to use the PIXEL TEAM10+ ASSESSMENT with their clients. This session is intended for experienced consultants who already possess some experience and knowledge about team dynamics, team development processes, and team coaching.
During the session, you will be introduced to the TEAM10+ Model, the science behind it, and how to use it with your clients. You will develop your skill set to analyze, interpret, and debrief teams and their leaders on the results of the assessment.
We will discuss the nuts and bolts of administration of the tool, considerations, and best practices. You will receive resources, including valuable reference guides, readings, and practice materials. The session will include a presentation, group discussion, and application exercises.
