Dr. Kathryn Esquer brings over 10 years of experience in helping leaders achieve their greatest potential. Kathryn blends her unique background as a Clinical Psychologist and MBA graduate to guide the growth and development of leaders toward their personal and professional goals.
She uses her training as a Clinical Psychologist to help clients understand and adjust their behaviors and beliefs to support more effective approaches to leadership, communication, and stress management. She currently provides leadership development and executive coaching to leaders of Fortune 100 and 500 organizations. She has worked extensively in the technology and healthcare industries, including the fast-paced start-up environment.
Her consulting work has focused on using leadership and organizational assessments to inform talent management and organizational change initiatives for international non-profit organizations, executive coaching to leaders at all levels, and developing and facilitating educational and training workshops for organizations. Kathryn has also conducted research, published, and presented on leadership, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of spirituality and leadership.
Kathryn enjoys coaching the whole person, with an emphasis on the delicate work and life balance. As a highly-educated and driven working parent herself, she understands the specific barriers ambitious parents face at home and in the workplace. Kathryn specializes in supporting leaders through paternal leave, marital changes, and other stressors that may bleed into their performance at work.
