Brooklyn Mundo Stabile is a seasoned Human Resources and talent management leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations build stronger leaders, healthier workplace cultures, and high-performing teams. She joins Pixel Leadership Group as an HR Advisor + Leadership Development Facilitator after leading HR and organizational development initiatives across education, transportation, higher education, and nonprofit organizations.
With a degree in Psychology and Organizational Communication from Rollins College, Brooklyn combines a deep understanding of human behavior with practical business experience to help leaders and organizations create meaningful, lasting change. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executives and managers to develop people strategies that improve performance, strengthen engagement, and support organizational growth.
Brooklyn's expertise spans leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, change management, and HR strategy. She has designed and implemented leadership development programs, launched employee engagement initiatives that measurably improved workplace satisfaction, and optimized HR operations to support organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
She also has extensive experience designing, launching, and enhancing performance management systems that move beyond annual reviews to create meaningful conversations, accountability, and employee development. Brooklyn has helped organizations build performance processes aligned with business strategy while coaching leaders to deliver effective feedback, develop talent, and create cultures of continuous improvement.
Known for her collaborative and relationship-centered approach, Brooklyn is passionate about removing roadblocks, building bridges, and helping people do their best work. She believes that great leadership begins with creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.
Outside of work, Brooklyn enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two children, Lucas and Lucy, tackling creative homemaking projects, and serving with her church community.
