Dr. Bernardo Ferdman is an internationally recognized expert on inclusion, leadership, and organizational effectiveness with more than 40 years of experience coaching and advising leaders in the United States and globally. He partners with senior leaders and leadership teams to translate values into everyday leadership behaviors, helping them shape how they communicate, make decisions, and work across differences.
In coaching, Bernardo creates a thoughtful, grounded space where leaders can slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.
